In one of my previous posts, I have already shared with you how much I am loving Chicken Inasal! In fact I can have everyday and still eat it with gusto! LOL! I am quite sure that most of you have already tried this dish. The most common that we can find is the Mang Inasal which you can find almost anywhere, and the Inasal Chicken Bacolod. But have you tried the Chicken Inasal being served by Mr. Joel Torre? (Yes, Mr. Joel Torre, the actor.)
For those who are not yet aware, Mr. Joel Torre has a restaurant called JT's Manukan Grille where they serve authentic Ilonngo dishes. My husband and I have been wanting to try his Chicken Inasal since we saw his Manukan Grille along Ortigas Extension; unluckily, every time we pass by the area, the parking space is always full so we had to no choice but say to ourselves "better luck next time"! Hehehe... After the long wait, we finally had our opportunity yesterday to try his "authentic" Bacolod Chicken Inasal! Weeeee Heeeeee!!!
My verdict? The Inasal from JT's Manukan is the best Inasal I've ever had! (and I am not paid in saying this! hehehehe...) Plus, I find the price very affordable and budget friendly.
