Into Sports

For months now, I have been blogging about how much my weight has been bothering me and my desire to lose those unwanted pounds. Finally, I will be able to do something lose some weight.

Although a friend recommended a diet pill that works, my husband and I thought that it is still best if I will also be physically active and watch my calorie intake. So to help me become physically active, my husband bought two badminton racquets and shuttlecocks. Since there’s a badminton court near our office, we thought of playing badminton at least three times a week before going home.

Well, doing physical activities with my husband is a fun way to lose weight and it will also be our bonding moment. Hmmmmm…Sweet…. :)

taking a pills sometimes have negative effect its always good to have alternative ways, and badminton was a good choice for me, i love badminton also but we just play when my nieces are here at home so its not really an everyday habit but i love it and easy to burn fats i guess =)

Me, I just kept on saying on losing weight but just on the talks side.. not much on the action! hay..
