Thoughts on Wrinkles

Whenever we are in a bad mood, family and friends would often tell us that we should not take life too seriously and we should just smile at our problems. We often hear them say that we are likely to get wrinkles if we keep on dwelling on the bad things that is happening around us. Honestly, I wonder if there’s any truth to that statement…Perhaps, it’s because we tend to frown whenever we entertain negative thoughts and the creases that frowning creates causes wrinkles.

Let’s face it, wrinkles are part of the aging process and we are bound to have that one way or another. Our skin normally becomes dry as we age and the lack of collagen causes visible wrinkles and some can be found in the eye area. However aside from the aging process, squinting and unprotected sun exposure also causes eye wrinkles which could mean that we are likely to get those unwanted lines at an earlier age if will not do some preventive measures.

I am quite sure that no one wants to have wrinkles so I suggest that we get a good under eye wrinkle cream that contains Rentin-A and a good pair of sunglasses to protect us from the glaring sun. Yes aging is inevitable but we can all age gracefully, right?
