Hungry Over Hungry Hippo

I was transferring some of my files from my personal laptop to my company-issued laptop this afternoon when I came across the photos of that I took when hubby and I had lunch at Hungry Hippo along the South Luzon Expressway a few months ago when we went to Batangas. I took the photos with the intention of blogging about how much I love their burgers but due to my busy schedule, I totally forgot about the photos and my intended blog entry.

Looking at the cheese burger meal that I had made my mouth water and crave for a Hungry Hippo burger...Hmmmm...think...think...think....How am I going to satisfy my mouth and my growling tummy??? Then I remember that hubby was at the Medical City in Ortigas to meet a client. Hubby used to bring home Hungry Hippo burgers whenever he would do "M.D. coverage" at the said hospital some years ago so I was hoping that he could get me a cheese burger before he leave the area. With this intention in mind, I immediately sent him a text message and told him of my request. In less than 5 minutes I got a call from hubby and was told that Hungry Hippo is no longer located in The Medical City...Oh well, so much for my craving...On the positive side, at least I get to avoid all those calories that goes with burgers and french fries.

Just as when I am resigned to the possibility of having another burger from Hungry Hippo when we go to Batangas next month, I remember that I saw a Hungry Hippo branch somewhere in the area of Timog, Quezon City. I will definitely ask hubby that we go there tomorrow. So much for counting my calorie intake...I will definitely have a Hungry Hippo burger tomorrow!
