Losing Weight

I was so amazed by the number of women who wants to lose weight. It seems that being sexy is the concern of the majority of the female species. In fact just this morning, some people at the office were on talking about how much they have gained weight and they worry so much on how they would shed off those unwanted budges. Looking at the comments made on my blog posts, on the other hand, also shows my entry about Lipout gets the most number of visits and comments.

Oh well, who wouldn’t want to be sexy, fit and healthy right? I should know because I am also bothered by my increased weight. In just a matter of 4 years, my size has doubled and I had to totally change my wardrobe because my old clothes no longer fit. For months have been consciously trying to go on diet and be more physically active; unfortunately, it seems that the more I make a conscious effort to lose weight, the more I get bigger and bigger. Admittedly, I am now seriously thinking of taking weight loss pills to help me achieve my goal. Should I finally decide to get the some diet pills, I am planning to take those only until I have reached my desired weight.

I once heard someone say that being sexy is a state of mind and that could actually be true. Nevertheless, it is still irritating when people comment about how much you have gained weight. Aside from not being pleasing to the eye, I also need to lose weight because I can now feel that I am too heavy already that my legs are having a hard time carrying my body weight. Oh well, I really must do something about my weight problem. I am no getting any younger and too much fat in my body could major health problems.

I can relate! Although I couldn't care less about how I look, I'm so taking the doc's advice to watch my weight.
